The Emporia State Track and Field teams will have athletes competing at the Wichita State K.T. Woodman Classic Friday and Saturday.
Holly Brockmeyer will be throwing the javelin Friday and the Hammer Saturday.
Brockmeyer says throwing the javelin and hammer are two events she has grown to enjoy.
Among those competing Saturday will be Hayden Goodpaster who will be running in the 400, 200, and as part of the 4 by 400 relay.
