A Kansas City, Kansas, man was arrested in Osage County on Tuesday on suspicion of drug distribution.
Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells made the announcement after a deputy conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 35 near the Melvern exit shortly before 10 am. Wells says 42-year-old Jorge Santana-Ramirez was jailed on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possessing drug paraphernalia.
Further details about the traffic stop are pending. Court dates have not been announced.
