Coffey County fire crews dealt with a structure fire in blustery conditions Saturday morning.
Fire developed in a shop and carport in Lebo on Second Street between Cedar and Oak. Firefighters say the shop was destroyed and the carport was heavily damaged. Several nearby vehicles were also damaged.
Nobody was hurt. A cause and origination point are under investigation.
Wind gusts have been between 40-63 mph in Lyon County since midnight, while gusts at the Burlington Airport have been as high as 47 mph Saturday. A wind advisory continues areawide until 7 pm Saturday.
