Construction updates, policy adjustments and staff adjustments are all items set to come before the USD 253 Board of Education Wednesday night.
During the consent agenda portion of the meeting, board members may approve the resignation of Emporia Middle School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director Keith Glotzbach. If approved, Glotzbach would be the third EMS administrator to move on from the middle school in the past two months.
An update on the multi-million dollar Building for Future renovation process will also be presented along with an update on renovations at Timmerman Elementary. The Teaching and Learning Department will present an Emporia High AVID report and the board may approve a purchase request for new Chromebooks, fire protection services and inspections and the sale of district property.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm inside the Mary Herbert Education Center.
