An Emporia man accused of trying to rob an Emporia gas station is continuing his court process.
Darren Hutcherson, 57, was bound over for trial at the end a preliminary hearing in Lyon County District Court on Wednesday. His next hearing will be an arraignment.
Hutcherson is accused of trying to rob Max’s BP, 202 East Sixth, in late March. He has been charged with one count of attempted robbery.
