The Kansas City Chiefs selected 5 players on the final day of the NFL Draft.
They selected Joshua Williams a cornerback from Fayetteville State in the 4th round.
In the 5th round, they selected Darian Kinnard a guard from Kentucky.
In the 7th round, they selected Jaylen Watson a cornerback from Washington State, Isiah Pacheco a runningback from Rutgers, and Nazeeh Johnson a cornerback from Marshall.
Chiefs Coach Andy Reid told the NFL Network, that GM Brett Veach did a great job of re-stocking the cupboard.
The Chiefs will hold a rookie camp later this month.
Kansas City Chiefs Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt announced on Saturday that former fullback Kimble Anders will be the 2022 inductee into the Chiefs Hall of Fame. Anders spent his entire 10-year NFL career with the Kansas City Chiefs (1991-2000), appearing in 125 games with 94 starts. He was a 3 time Pro Bowl selection.
