Emporia Highs Brenden Keinholz finished in 2nd place at the Centennial League Tennis tournament played at Emporia High Tuesday.
Keinholz was defeated by Washburn Rurals Mason Thieu in the Championship match.
In Doubles play Jacob Simons and Mortiz Von Winning finished in 11th place.
Ben Simons and Julian Rosas finished in 14th place.
As a team, Emporia High finished in 6th place.
Washburn Rural won the team championship.
The Emporia High boys tennis team is scheduled to play in the Andover hosted regional tournament Friday.
