The Emporia Farmer’s Market will be setting up shop for year number 40 this weekend.
The 40th outdoor market season will kick off Saturday morning in the parking lot in the 10 block of West Seventh beginning at 8:30 am. Market Director Trisha Fullerton, a recent guest of KVOE’s Morning Show says she is very excited for Saturday’s activities following a great winter market season.
She says visitors can expect to see the same great selection of local products Saturday with a few extra activities also planned to celebrate the market’s 40th anniversary.
Saturday’s market will run until 10:30 am.
