Faith Lutheran Church located at 1348 Trial Ridge Road in Emporia, Kansas has a job opening for a part-time Secretary. The job description includes, but is not limited to the following duties:
- Create and prepare a church bulletin for weekly services
- Pay bills and record for Finance Director
- Maintain billing and payable records for monthly reconciliation
- Help with Lord’s Lambs Preschool record-keeping when needed
- Payroll for 4 to 6 employees including quarterly and yearly taxes
- Order supplies and maintain office organization
- Create a monthly newsletter and publish to the congregation
- Other seasonal and special activity duties as needed
