The Regional Development Association of East Central Kansas Board of Directors will resume its latest round of strategic planning discussions as part of its monthly meeting this week.
Board members are into the early stages of a relatively short-term strategic planning process with RDA President Chuck Scott officially starting his position near the first of the year. The goal is to identify challenges and solutions for developing businesses and the local workforce in general.
Other business includes a report from Scott and at least one executive session.
The meeting is at 7 am Friday at the Trusler Business Center.
