The Emporia High boys finished in 6th place and the girls in 7th place at the Centennial League Track meet Thursday.
Emporia High did have 29 top 8 finishes with 7 top 3 finishes.
Kyle Obermeyer finished in 2nd place in the 110 hurdles and 3rd in the 300 hurdles both with personal best times.
Daghyn True finished in 2nd place in the 3200 meter run and 5th in the 1600 meter run.
Fred Jackson finished in 2nd place in the 400 meter dash and 7th in the javelin.
Hattie Cooper finished in 2nd place in the 300 hurdles and 8th in the 100 hurdles.
Kalia Keosybounheuang finished in 3rd place in the pole vault.
The girls 4 by 800 relay finished in 3rd place.
