The Kansas City Royals let a 4-1 lead slip away as the Chicago White Sox outscored the Royals 7-4 Thursday afternoon.
Hunter Dozier hit a 2 run home run in the first inning. Nicky Lopez drove in a run with a double in the 2nd inning.
Hunter Dozier drove his 3rd run of the game with a single in the 3rd inning to give the Royals the 4-1 lead.
The White Sox rallied with 2 runs in the 4th inning, single runs in the 6th and 7th innings, and added 2 more runs in the 8th.
The Royals will begin a 3 game series with Minnesota Friday night.
