The French Open men’s final Sunday will feature the man who has won the most championships in the event’s history and a man in his first major tournament final.
Rafael Nadal, who has won 13 French Opens, defeated Alexander Zverev when Zverev had to retire following an ankle injury. He will face Casper Ruud, who defeated Marin Cilic in four sets.
This will be the first meeting between the two players.
On Saturday, the women’s final takes place with top-ranked Iga Swiatek taking on American Coco Gauff.
