The Kansas City Royals saw their win streak end at three after a 6-4 loss to the Baltimore Orioles Saturday.
The Royals took an early lead thanks to an RBI double by Salvador Perez in the first inning. Kyle Isbel added an RBI double and Emmanual Rivera had an RBI single both in the fourth.
Baltimore would show signs of life in the top of the fith with an RBI single by Cedric Mullins. Baltimore took the lead for good in the sixth with a three run home run by Tyler Nevin.
The Orioles added two more runs in the 7th and 8th and the Royals scored a single run in the bottom of the 8th but could not overcome the deficit. The Royals and Orioles will wrap up their series Sunday afternoon.
