The CareArc Board of Directors will receive the agency’s annual audit report Tuesday afternoon.
BKD will present the findings of the report during the board’s monthly meeting. Additionally, the board will discuss the Capture RX 340B data breach before discussing policy updates on attendance and colorectal screenings.
The monthly clinical, CQI and financial updates will also be presented ahead of one executive session. The meeting will begin at noon via Zoom.
