Emporian Gentry Scheve has qualified for the Kansas Amateur Match Play golf championship. He finished in 7th place at even-par at the qualifying tournament played at Mariah Hills in Dodge City Tuesday. Brooks Sauder missed qualifying by 1 stroke.
Scheve joins Caleb Schmid and Chase Coble who qualified last week.
The Kansas Amateur Match Play Championship will be played July 18th – 24th at Newtons Sand Creek Station.
Wednesday Caden Massey and Hudson Sauder are entered in a Kansas Junior Golf Tour Tournament at Wellington.
