CrossWinds Counseling and Wellness’ capital campaign has received its second major gift in a 10-day stretch.
On Friday, CrossWinds announced a $25,000 donation from Stormont-Vail Health earmarked directly for the campaign, with a separate $6,000 going from Stormont-Vail to CrossWinds’ general operations.
This follows a five-year, almost $2.4 million grant for the “Breaking Stigma, Breaking Ground” capital campaign. CrossWinds says this campaign will lead to a nearly 40,000 square foot campus designed to address issues like suicide, overdose deaths and substandard care for veterans, seniors and non-English-speaking residents.
