The Emporia Senior Spartans were swept by Iola in a doubleheader Monday.
Iola walked off with a 6-5 win in game 1.
For the Spartans Madden Seidl drove in 2 runs, Jaxon Dial scored 2 runs and Drew Hess was 2 for 3 with a run scored and an RBI.
Iola won the 2nd game 12-7. Iola took control of the game with an 8-run 2nd inning.
For the Spartans Hunter Redeker drove in 2 runs, Kolden Ryberg and Owen Ruge each scored 2 runs.
The Seniors play in Topeka Wednesday against the Senators.
