He’s no longer Madison-Virgil’s acting superintendent.
Steve Jowers was approved as superintendent during the USD 386 board meeting this week.
Jowers was appounted as superintendent-in-waiting in May 2021 following the departure of Stu Moeckel to Euroda. Jowers received assistance from USD 252 Superintendent Mike Argabright as he received his superintendent certificate.
Jowers will join KVOE’s Newsmaker 2 segment at 8:20 am to discuss his past year on the job and also his goals and objectives going forward.
