Budget discussions are ahead for the USD 252 Southern Lyon County Board of Education Monday night.
The board will review the projected budget for the 2022/23 school year. The conversations come just two days ahead of the revenue-neutral rate deadline where taxing entities must announce their intent to exceed the RNR to the Lyon County Clerk’s Office.
Board members will also review the district’s strategic plan and uniform rotation plan. Board members could also approve a number of district appointments, substitutes and classified substitutes for the 2022/23 school year, financial matters and other policies during the consent agenda portion of the meeting.
The board will convene at 6 pm inside of the board meeting room in Hartford.
