Sentencing is coming Wednesday for a man who pleaded no contest to allegedly stealing items from the Lee Beran Recreation Center.
John Primeaux was arrested in early March after several items, including a firearm, were allegedly taken from the Rec Center. He then pleaded no contest to single counts of burglary and theft in late May, with two theft counts dismissed.
Primeaux was supposed to be sentenced Wednesday but failed to appear. He was then placed on the Lyon County Crime Stoppers Felony Friday list but was arrested shortly thereafter.
Sentencing Wednesday is at 10:30 am.
