Lyon County’s new case total remained flat from the previous week while deaths were up for the first time in two months.
Public Health reported 47 new cases developed in the community, even with last week’s report. Lyon County has had 10,792 cases since the start of the pandemic in late March of 2020.
The county did have one new death putting the death toll at 125. This was the first death reported since May 20.
