A Coffey County man was badly hurt in a motorcycle wreck near Lyndon on Tuesday afternoon.
Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells says deputies, Osage County Fire District 5 Lyndon and Osage County EMS were called to the US Highway 75 Dragoon River bridge about five miles north of Lyndon shortly before 5 pm. The investigation shows 50-year-old Ronald Carolan of Waverly was southbound on US-75 when his motorcycle suffered a tire failure.
Osage County EMS took Carolan to Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka in suspected serious condition.
