Homegrown returns to the Farmers Market parking lot for the first time in three years.
Homegrown couldn’t be held the last two years due to COVID-19, but it’s back in full force Saturday morning. ESB Financial Vice President and Training Specialist Leslie Seeley says a lot is coming.
Contests begin at 8:45 am, with kids ages 5 and under taking part in watermelon rolling. Kids from ages 6-9 will be in the eating contest, with children ages 10-13 in the spitting contest.
KVOE will broadcast live from the Homegrown Celebration starting at 8:30 am.
