A solo home run by Michael A. Taylor and a 2-run home run by Bobby Witt Jr in the 8th inning powered the Kansas City Royals to a 6-3 win over the Tampa Bay Rays Saturday night.

Brady Singer had a quality start going 6 innings giving up 2 runs on 3 hits with 12 strikeouts.
Scott Barlow earned the win in relief pitching the 8th and 9th innings.
