For the second straight year, Kansas senior safety Kenny Logan Jr. has been named to the 2022 Watch List for the Paul Hornung Award.

Kansas redshirt senior center Mike Novitsky has been named to the 2022 Rimington Trophy Watch List for the third straight year. The Rimington Trophy is presented annually to the most outstanding center in NCAA Division I football.
Kansas State senior Malik Knowles was named to the watch list for the Paul Hornung Award.
Knowles is the sixth different Wildcat to be placed on a watch list.
Running back Deuce Vaughn is up for both the Maxwell and Doak Walker awards, cornerback Julius Brents is a candidate for the Jim Thorpe Award, defensive end Felix Anudike-Uzomah is a candidate for the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, offensive lineman Cooper Beebe is on the Outland Trophy watch list, punter Ty Zentner is up for the Ray Guy Award, and quarterback Will Howard is a candidate for the AFCA Good Works Team and Wuerffel Trophy.
