Less than 10 days after he was sentenced for stealing items from the Lee Beran Recreation Center, John Paul Primeaux is wanted again by local law enforcement.
Lyon County Crime Stoppers has put Primeaux back on its Felony Friday list on suspected probation revocation, which means there is a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest and conviction.
On July 20, Primeaux was sentenced to 12 months probation after pleading no contest in May to single counts of burglary and theft from the Rec Center back in March. Primeaux was supposed to be sentenced July 13 but failed to appear, went on the Felony Friday list and was captured soon afterward.
Primeaux’s sentence has an underlying 14-month prison term, but authorities have not said if the situations are connected.
