The rabbit show led off 4H show events Friday.
Emily Wittgartner had the champion meat pen. She “didn’t feel” like showing sheep, so she concentrated on rabbits. She also says rabbits are easier to show than sheep or goats.
Wittgartner’s prep work involved a pretty standard routine.
Kayleigh Granado had the champion rabbit with a Himalayan — hr first win showing rabbits. Her routine was pretty easy.
And she seems to like 4H for a few reasons.
