We are looking for a detail-oriented person with a background in banking or customer service to work well with our existing members. Primarily responsible for receiving, reviewing, processing and coordinating loan functions in person, via phone text and through mail. This person will work with the loan staff to review and arrange loan documentation ensuring each loan complies with federal and state regulations and ESFCU policies. Successful candidate must be financially responsible, have great character, and pass criminal background screening. If you’re self-motivated and can analyze and think quickly plus manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities with a strong attention to detail, this is the career for you!
Must be able to perform basic mathematics, operate a 10-key calculator, word and excel proficiency a plus. Must have the ability to compute ratios, analyze credit, structure credit decisions and coordinate product delivery with borrowers.
