The Kansas City Royals split a doubleheader with the Chicago White Sox Tuesday.
The Royals won the first game 4-2. Vinnie Pasquantino hit a 2-run home run in the 3rd inning. Nick Pratto added a 2-run home run in the 6th inning. Brady Singer was the winning pitcher going 7.1 innings giving up 1 run on 5 hits with 6 strikeouts.
The White Sox won the 2nd game 3-2.
Vinnie Pasquantino hit a solo home run in the 4th inning for the Royals first run. Kyle Isbel scored on a Nick Pratto sacrifice fly in the 9th for the 2nd run.

The Royals and White Sox play again Wednesday night, Kris Bubic will be the starting pitcher for the Royals. The first pitch is set for 7:10 pm. The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM beginning at 6:30 pm.
