After falling below $4 a gallon last month, gas prices are continuing to come down in the KVOE listening area.
The average price per gallon in Emporia is now $3.59 with Flying J reporting prices as low as $3.55. Diesel prices range from $4.49 a gallon to $4.65.
Areawide, gas prices are right around the same with the average being $3.59. The lowest prices, as of midday Monday, is $3.49 in Osage City and $3.55 in Olpe.
Melvern has the highest price at $3.66 a gallon. For diesel, the lowest price areawide is Lebo at $4.45 a gallon.
The highest is in Burlington and New Strawn at $4.69 a gallon.
