Budgetary matters, contracts and other updates are ahead for the Lyon County Commission on Thursday.
Commissioners have their weekly action meeting beginning at 9 am. As part of that meeting, commissioners will:
*Discuss the remodeling project for the Law Enforcement Center’s booking area.
*Give directions to County Engineer Chip Woods about applying for Kansas Department of Transportation involvement in two separate projects
*Discuss and possibly approve several budget narratives and reports for Community Corrections
*Possibly approve the annual contract with IMA Benefit Consulting for $36,000
Commission and staff reports are on the agenda, along with two executive sessions, one each for non-elected personnel and legal matters.
The meeting is at the County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
