(ku) The Kansas Jayhawks rolled to a 56-10 win over Tennessee Tech in their season opener Friday night.
The Jayhawks scored on 4 of their first 5 drives in the win.
Junior quarterback Jalon Daniels was 15-for-18 for 189 yards and one touchdown. The junior added one rushing score, while sophomore running back Devin Neal had just four rushes for 108 yards and two touchdowns in the victory.
Kansas will next travel to Big 12 foe West Virginia next Saturday.
