Trial could begin next week for a woman accused in a Lyon County drug distribution case.
Jody Lea McKinsey faces one count of drug distribution after an alleged incident in February. She’s accused of having methamphetamine in her possession with intent to distribute. The alleged amount has not been released.
McKinsey has her final pretrial at 4 pm Wednesday before Judge Lee Fowler. Trial could begin Monday, although it could also begin Sept. 26 or Oct. 17, depending on the results of Wednesday’s hearing.
