Early hearings are scheduled for a man accused of rape and aggravated criminal sodomy in Lyon County District Court.
Gerald Travis Todd faces two rape counts and four counts of aggravated criminal sodomy dating back to an alleged incident in late August. Todd, who had his first court appearance Monday, is charged with sexual activity with an adult who was incapable of giving consent because of unspecified use of alcohol and/or drugs.
Todd, 40, has a review hearing Oct. 5, followed by a preliminary hearing Nov. 30.
Bond has been set at $50,000. Bond supervision and GPS monitoring has also been ordered.
