The Kansas Republican Party will make stops in the KVOE listening area this month.
A statewide bus tour begins Oct. 5 in Topeka with nearly 30 stops, including a stop at the Lyon County Fairgrounds at 11:15 am Oct. 8, followed by a stop at the Coffey County Fairgrounds at 2 pm that afternoon.
The tour will be headlined by gubernatorial challenger Derek Schmidt, the current state attorney general, as well as Republican congressional candidates and US Senator Roger Marshall.
