A man accused of rape and aggravated criminal sodomy in Lyon County District Court has a review hearing Wednesday.
Gerald Travis Todd faces two rape counts and four counts of aggravated criminal sodomy dating back to an alleged incident in late August. Todd is charged with sexual activity with an adult who was incapable of giving consent because of unspecified use of alcohol and/or drugs.
Bond has been set at $50,000. Bond supervision and GPS monitoring has also been ordered.
Todd was convicted in a 2001 Lyon County case for unlawful voluntary sexual relations. The hearing will begin at 1:30 pm.
