Runningback Devin Neal tied the game at 14 with an 11-yard run.
Oklahoma would score the next 21 points and never trailed the rest of the game.
KU quarterback Jason Bean would finish the game throwing for 265 yards and 4 touchdowns.
The Jayhawks fall to 5-2 on the year and 2-2 in Big 12 play. They will play at Baylor next Saturday with kick-off set for 11 am.
