A Greenwood County man faces a federal count of failing to register as a sex offender.
The case against Brandon Grulkowski, age 29 of Eureka, was announced earlier this month. Federal court documents indicate Grulkowski “knowingly failed to register” between February and late August. No hearing dates have been announced.
Grulkowski was convicted of second-degree sex assault of a child in Wisconsin in 2014 after an incident two years earlier.
If convicted, Grulkowski faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
