New coronavirus cases in Lyon County dipped from last week and are on par with two weeks ago.
There were 21 new cases reported Wednesday, down from 51 announced Oct. 12 and identical with the number announced Oct. 5.
Lyon County has recorded 11,565 total cases since March 2020. Deaths remain steady at 128.
All area counties are reporting low transmission levels, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
