Preliminary proceedings for two men accused of shooting another this past summer will continue in December.
Shedrick Williams and Keno Hopkins were both scheduled to appear for preliminary hearings inside of Lyon County District Court Wednesday morning. Those hearings were both continued to Dec. 14.
Hopkins’ hearing is scheduled for 9 am with Williams scheduled to appear at 10 am.
Both were formally charged with single counts of aggravated robbery, aggravated battery and burglary after one person was allegedly shot at Emporia’s Eastgate Plaza on July 22.
