Sentencing is coming in December for a man accused of aggravated kidnapping and other charges in Lyon County District Court.
Roberto Torres appeared in court Wednesday afternoon during which time he waived his right to a preliminary hearing and plead no contest to aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery and criminal deprivation of property after an incident Sept. 11.
Torres was also facing an aggravated kidnapping charge, however, that was dropped. Full case details have not been divulged.
Sentencing is scheduled for 9 am Dec. 14 in front of Judge Jeff Larson.
