Seeking a 7+ year experienced commercial construction superintendent that can build and manage updates to a CPM schedule and build to it. Initial project is approximately 27,500 square feet of retail buildings (3 in total) with super flat slabs and exterior MSD infills. Plumbing and Electrical to be roughed below finished slab on grade. Applicant would be expected to understand and manage the subcontractors work to the “ownership’s approved schedule”, stay in budget and avoid change orders. Applicant must have a total understanding of all aspects of the duties of a Project Manager “in the field” and have the abilities to Project Manage after the project is set up as well as work in the field as a superintendent. Applicant will be overseen by, and report to, ownership and the owner’s rep. Competitive pay.
