The Kansas Jayhawks overcame a slow start to defeat Pittsburg State 94-63 in an exhibition game Thursday night. Pittsburg State ran out to a 12-0 lead to start the game. KU would lead 39-34 by halftime.
The Jayhawks began the 2nd half on a 15-2 run and never looked back. Jalen Wilson scored 23 points to lead Kansas. Freshman Gradey Dick added 20 points.
Kansas opens the regular season against Omaha on Monday night.
