The Wildcats trailed 31-10 at halftime and put together a solid second half and had the ball with a chance to tie the game in the final minute of play.
Kansas State Coach Chris Klieman said they did not make enough plays, especially in the first half.
Quarterback Adrian Martinez scored a rushing touchdown and threw for 329 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Deuce Vaughn and Kade Warner caught the touchdown passes.
The Wildcats fall to 6-3 for the season and 4-2 in the Big 12. They play at Baylor next Saturday.
