A pretrial and arraignment hearing is next for Harvey Grandstaff.
The 65-year-old man is charged with three counts of aggravated indecent liberties and had his preliminary hearing in Lyon County District Court on Monday. Court documents indicate at least two incidents allegedly occurring between Jan. 1, 2010 and Dec. 31, 2012, and another incident allegedly happening this past December.
The arraignment hearing is at 2 pm Dec. 2 before Judge Jeff Larson. Arraignments are typically when potential trial dates are scheduled.
