More football honors have been released for area schools.
The 8-Man Division II District 1, which included Hartford, Lebo, and Marais des Cygnes Valley, released its all-district teams Tuesday.
First team offense selections are Lebo’s Corey Reese, who was a unanimous pick at running back. He was also named the district’s offensive MVP. Lebo’s Luke Davies is a first-team selection at wide receiver. Lebo’s Austin Bailey and Zach Oswald are first-team selections on the offensive line.
First team defense selections are Lebo’s Austin Bailey on the defensive line. He was also named the district’s MVP. Reese is a first-team pick at linebacker. Hartford’s Ali Smith and Lebo’s Drew Konrade are first-team selections at defensive back.
First team special teams selections include Hartford’s Nolin Trester, a unanimous pick at kicker. Smith is a first-team selection at punter.
Second team offense selections include Smith at quarterback, Trester at tight end, and MdCV’s Deken Colyer on the offensive line.
Second team defense selections include Lebo’s Addison Smith and Oswald on the defensive line, Davies at linebacker and Lebo’s Landon Grimmett at defensive back.
Second team special teams honors include MdCV’s Ryan Baker as a punter. Davies is a second-team pick as a returner.
Honorable mention selections include Baker at running back. He’s also an honorable mention selection as a returner. Hartford’s Keenan Renfrow at wide receiver and defensive back. Hartford’s Duncan Baker is an honorable mention pick both an offensive and defensive lineman. Lebo’s Dominic Risner is an honorable mention pick at linebacker.
