Pretrial and arraignment is next in a drug distribution case working through Lyon County District Court.
Eric Powers appeared in court this week and was set for his next hearing, which is at 2 pm Dec. 20.
Powers is accused of distributing between 100 and 1,000 “doseage units” of marijuana during an alleged incident Sept. 16, with an amended complaint changing the date of the alleged incident from June. Powers is also accused of speeding, possessing drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle both without a valid license and without valid insurance.
