The Kansas State men’s basketball team held on for a 55-50 win over Wichita State Saturday night.
Senior Markquis Nowell scored the game’s last 6 points and finished with 11 points.
Keyontae Johnson, who led all scorers with 17 points, and junior Nae’Qwan Tomlin added 14 points for Kansas State.
Wichita State was led in scoring by Craig Porter Jr with 11 points.
The Wildcats improved to 7-1 for the season and the Shockers fall to 4 and 4 for the season.
