A preliminary hearing is coming Monday in a Lyon County child sex misconduct case.
Larry Kemmerer has a hearing at 3 pm before Judge Doug Jones.
Kemmerer is charged with one count of indecent liberties, two counts of child endangerment and single counts of battery on law enforcement, interference with law enforcement and disorderly conduct after an alleged incident in late October. The alleged victim is between 14 and 16 years old.
